About The Position
The L1 Digital Support Network Operator is responsible for monitoring and supporting the distribution of digital video assets across various OTT platforms. This hybrid role requires the operator to work on-site two days a week, performing L1 monitoring, escalating issues to L2, and ensuring the smooth execution of live streams and digital workflows. The operator will also engage with production teams and engineering to maintain high broadcast standards and develop expertise in distribution workflows.
