About The Position
The Accounts Payable Lead in the Accounts Payable Unit is responsible for ensuring timely processing of invoices as required by state law, agency policies, and accounting requirements. This role involves working on all agency tax reporting, including State Use Tax and Federal IRS 1099 reporting, and ensuring that general ledger accounts are reconciled timely. The lead will also monitor the accuracy and timeliness of work performed by the staff in the Accounts Payable Unit.
