The L&D Specialist will be responsible for supporting the delivery of developmental and engagement sessions to employees based in India locations (Gurgaon & Bangalore) in collaboration with the Head of Talent, Performance & Early Careers. This role involves delivering global programs to India-based managers and employees while working closely with L&D consultants in the team. The L&D Specialist will act as a key partner to senior stakeholders in India, guiding and advising them on interventions that can foster required behavioral change, growth strategies, and cultural changes within Colt to achieve strategic objectives. The position also includes the design, evaluation, and delivery of engagement sessions, training sessions, and workshops as required by the Learning & Development Team, supporting the L&D director and managers as needed.
