About The Position

We are looking for a KYC Manager to join our team and lead the implementation and ongoing monitoring of Rippling's payment products KYC controls. This role will serve as an expert in ensuring the Rippling products are compliant with KYC for a globally operating payments business. The role holder will work closely with the product, engineering and wider compliance team at Rippling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and practical experience in applying KYC controls in payments products, including but not limited to: Business Banking Corporate Card Wallet

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of KYC product experience
Previously worked for a global payments institute, with strong working knowledge of FINTRAC, FinCEN, FCA and EBA
Practical experience of implementing compliance controls in payment products
The ability to manage a global stakeholder network
The ability to translate policy into effective controls
Experience of using SQL
Project management experience

Responsibilities

Design and build KYC requirements for payment products, in line with Rippling policy.
Perform in-depth testing of Rippling's payment products.
Manage stakeholders from the product and engineering teams.
Support project management of product launches and engineering projects.
Provide compliance governance and sign off of new product launches or material changes to current products.
