About The Position

BridgePhase is a software engineering company focused on designing, building, securing, and operating cutting-edge software solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence for Federal Government organizations. We support the Air Force’s pursuit of technological superiority by delivering modern DevSecOps platforms and cloud-native capabilities that enable secure, scalable, and resilient software delivery across the Department of Defense. We’re looking for a Kubernetes Platform Engineer to join our team supporting the U.S. Air Force’s Platform One Big Bang product. In this role, you will help design, operate, and continuously improve a secure, consumable Kubernetes platform that enables mission software teams to deploy and operate applications efficiently across complex environments. You will work closely with platform engineers, developers, and security teams to deliver cloud-native infrastructure and tooling aligned with DoD DevSecOps objectives. We are hiring for fully remote positions, with optional quarterly travel to San Antonio, TX or Colorado Springs, CO for in-person collaboration with the product team. As mission needs evolve, your expertise will play a critical role in strengthening the Kubernetes platforms that enable secure, scalable software delivery across the DoD. We’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, embrace continuous learning, and are motivated by mission impact.
