About The Position

The Kubernetes Engineer will design, automate, and operate large-scale container orchestration environments—primarily on AWS EKS. You will build platform components, enhance observability, and ensure secure, resilient workloads.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall technology experience
• 5+ years hands-on AWS experience required
• Strong Kubernetes administration background.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps, observability stacks, and container security.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Implement service mesh, ingress, and autoscaling solutions (HPA, VPA, Karpenter).
• Build and maintain Helm charts, namespaces, secrets, and RBAC policies.
• Ensure metrics, tracing, logging, and operational readiness.
• Integrate platform tools (Envoy, cert-manager, external-dns, ArgoCD, etc.).
• Partner with CI/CD and SRE teams to improve deployment speed and reliability.
