About The Position

The photojournalist at ABC13 will be responsible for shooting and editing news stories assigned by newsroom management. This role involves working in the field to capture video content and collaborating with reporters to create engaging news stories for both linear and digital broadcasts. The position requires flexibility in working hours and a strong commitment to quality journalism.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of television news experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
• Proficient in lighting, audio, and non-linear editing for television news.
• Ability to work under deadline, multi-task, and prioritize assignments.
• Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds of equipment.
