About The Position

Join a company that truly impacts others! Hope Media Group is a multi-brand ministry. Every story we share, every event we host, and every song we play is done to engage people to love Jesus, serve others, and spread Hope. Hope Media Group is the home of KSBJ, WayFM, Vida Unida, and NGEN radio. We invite you to apply and become a part of our growing ministry to Love Jesus, Serve Others, and Spread Hope. Our team describes our environment as fun, encouraging, collaborative, engaging, caring, family-oriented, and friendly. We would love for you to join us and be part of what God is doing in our ministry! The Night Show Host & Multimedia Content Creator is a key part of the KSBJ Programming Team. This person will lead a dynamic, daily radio show while also creating content that reaches and connects with listeners across digital platforms. From short-form video to podcasting and social engagement, this role exists to build spiritual connection and authentic community through every form of media. The ideal candidate embraces a 'Multi-media view of their show', always thinking about how their show is a multi-media show and not confined to just one form of media. When preparing for each show on air and digital platforms integrate seamlessly. Nighttime show hours onsite 7:00PM-Midnight-Monday through Saturday (voice track possible on Saturday).

  • Tailor stories and segments for radio first, then adapt and extend them for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, podcast platforms, and beyond.
  • Collaborate proactively with video and social media teams to build content that has broader reach and deeper emotional resonance.
  • Extend the voice of the afternoon show through weekly digital content - including podcasts, short-form video, blog posts, and social media storytelling - all aligned with KSBJ’s brand voice and show themes.
  • Plan and create original content (reels, video shorts, audio clips, behind-the-scenes footage, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and podcast apps.
