About The Position

The KRONE NA Support Specialist role is designed to provide essential support to KRONE's dealer network, ensuring effective communication and assistance regarding parts, service, sales, and accounting inquiries. Responsibilities

• Provide support to KRONE's dealer network by answering phones and emails.
• Document summary of all communications into ticket system.
• Provide parts and service assistance to dealers, including parts lookup/research, availability, order tracking, parts issues, and troubleshooting minor service issues.
• Provide sales assistance to dealers, including machine availability, machine orders, ETAs, and program information.
• Provide accounting assistance to dealers, including open account/invoice questions, online portal assistance, and payment inquiries.
• Travel to dealers to perform training as required, up to 10% travel during work time.
• Train dealers on KRONE procedures and processes.
• Train and support staff on usage of SAP C4C (KroneLink).
