About The Position
Launch Entertainment in Framingham is seeking Krave Associates and Party Hosts to power exciting guest experiences. Krave Associates are responsible for serving food and drinks and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere to keep guests fueled for fun. Party Hosts lead celebrations, create unforgettable moments, and ensure events run seamlessly from start to finish. Both roles are guest-facing and crucial for driving guest experience and encouraging repeat visits. Requirements
- Bring energy, ownership, and a great attitude to every shift
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with guests
- Strong communication skills
- Natural ability to lead and engage groups
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking initiative
- Enjoy working with kids, families, and group celebrations
- Party Hosts must be available to work weekends
- Able to stay on your feet for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
