Manage the overall contract and relationship with existing clients and their consultants, and third party administrators (TPAs). Own the renewal plan, development of long term account strategy and lead in meeting client needs. Responsible for assisting the assigned accounts including plan reviews, eligibility help, troubleshooting plan or member issues, report requests and monitoring trend. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client needs or requests while providing day-to-day support to the Account Managers and Account Coordinators. Supervisory responsibilities include input on hiring, training and development and input on performance evaluations.
