Assist in development, implementation, and improvement of analytical tools, protocols and processes for Kroger Prescription Plans (KPP) to support network contract compliance and optimization for its clients. Facilitate an association of pharmacy analytics with clinical outcomes and cost saving strategies. In conjunction with account management and clinical teams, analyze financial data to provide insight to drive business growth and reduce spend.   • Assist in development, implementation, and improvement of analytical tools, protocols and processes for Kroger Prescription Plans (KPP).
  • Facilitate an association of pharmacy analytics with clinical outcomes and cost saving strategies.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insight to drive business growth and reduce spend.
  • Assist in the completion of financial sections of RFPs, market checks, and renewals.
  • Provide analytical expertise in the design and function of the prospective client business.
  • Perform calculations and analysis to ensure KPP is meeting their pricing and performance guarantees.
  • Create library of standard reports and maintain organized files.
  • Provide detailed analyses identifying risk and opportunity.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of standard reporting procedures.
  • Support contracting team in creation, optimization, and compliance of contracts.
  • Assist in estimating rebates for prospective clients and reconciliation of rebate payments.
  • Participate in meetings and work groups to integrate activities and communicate issues.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or similar field of study or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 1 year of experience with any combinations of Informatics education and/or analytical.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly, approachable, relates well to others.
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively and proactively in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to use available data warehouses to extract meaningful metrics and activity for analysis.
  • Experience in pharmacy benefit manager or managed healthcare services organizations.
  • Experience as data/business/process analyst.
  • Certified Pricing Professional or other relevant healthcare pricing certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Power Bi, Sequel, Python and/or other related software.
