Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Civil or Architectural Engineering, with a focus on vertical structures.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a strong desire to learn.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of the fundamentals of structural engineering, including free body diagrams and P/V/M diagrams, coding, and mechanics of materials.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly on actual projects, gaining practical experience beyond what you learn in the classroom.
  • Join site visits and observations for firsthand exposure to construction methods and progress.
  • Observe how creative concepts evolve into technical plans, coordinated with architects and contractors, and ultimately realized on-site.
  • Integrate with engineers, designers, and project managers, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to each assignment.
  • Apply structural analysis and simulations using industry-standard tools such as Revit, RAM, and RISA.
  • Help solve complex problems integrating AI tools.
  • Participate in educational webinars focused on technical topics and relevant industry topics.
