About The Position
The Education Reporter at KPBS will focus on people-centered reporting, telling stories that highlight the challenges and successes faced by students and teachers. This role involves engaging the audience with meaningful narratives about education, with an emphasis on accountability, readiness for life, and mental/social/emotional education. The reporter will work under the supervision of the News Director and collaborate with other reporters to produce news stories across various platforms, including radio, TV, and digital media.
