Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing for Brand Manager role.
• 3+ years of experience in SCM for Refrigerator SCM Coordinator role.
• 2+ years of experience in sales for In-House Sales role.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics for Logistic & Operation Staff role.
• Proven history of marketing, strategy, and planning.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in Korean is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams on product development from conceptualization to commercialization.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends for product development direction.
• Analyze product lines' profitability and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
• Assist in developing and executing short-term NPD pipeline to drive long-term brand objectives.
• Support go-to-market plans and ensure successful launch execution.
• Track effectiveness of product launch campaigns and report findings to relevant teams.
• Develop trade promotion materials for trade shows and brand-related events.
• Manage product specifications and sales information.
