About The Position

BTI Solutions is seeking a Korean Bilingual Sr. Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise networks, manage advanced routing protocols, and ensure the security and efficiency of our network infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale, enterprise-class network operations.
• CCNP Enterprise or CCIE certification (current or expired within the last 3 years).
• Extensive experience with routing protocols and network technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Experience with PIM, MSDP, Anycast-RP, and Multicast in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Network Monitoring Tools.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for mentoring team members.
• Must reside within a 1-hour drive of Taylor, TX.
• Willing and able to commute to the office 5 days per week.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting networks in large manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in high availability network environments.
• Strong background in server network connectivity.
• Experience with F5 Load Balancing setups, including iRules.
• Experience with Packet Capture Analysis and SSL certificates.
• F5 Load Balancers or Palo Alto Firewalls certification.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux and scripting in Python, Ansible, or other automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and Architect Enterprise Networks using Cisco Catalyst and Nexus platforms.
• Manage Advanced Routing & Switching Protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and EVPN.
• Implement and Maintain F5 Load Balancing Solutions.
• Troubleshoot Critical Network Issues as the escalation point for L2/L3 connectivity problems.
• Secure Network Infrastructure using IPSec, 802.1x, TACACS+, and firewalls.
• Support Multicast and Manufacturing-Specific Protocols.
• Lead Network Upgrades and Migrations with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate Across Teams and Vendors for maintenance and escalations.
• Document and Standardize Network Operations.
• Mentor and Develop Team Talent.
