Monitor production schedules, work assignments, and staffing requirements. Ensure operations meet productivity, quality, and cost targets. Identify and resolve operational issues to avoid downtime or delays. Team Leadership Participate team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to standards and procedures. Promote a positive, disciplined, and safety-conscious work culture. Quality & Compliance Ensure all processes comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Safety & Housekeeping Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and PPE usage. Conduct safety audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment (5S knowledge is a plus). Coordination & Communication Communicate daily goals, updates, and issues with management and other departments. Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to support uninterrupted operations. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and performance summaries. Problem-Solving & Improvement Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies. Suggest process adjustments to reduce waste and optimize productivity.
