About The Position

Our client is seeking a Digital Administration Specialist to support digital product operations, digital marketing activities, and customer onboarding processes. This role is open to candidates from all majors with 0-2 years of experience.

Requirements

  • Open to all majors; interest in digital platforms, marketing, or customer experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to learn digital tools, platforms, and processes quickly
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Must be authorized to work in U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in digital marketing, product operations, or customer onboarding is beneficial for mid- to senior-level roles

Responsibilities

  • Support digital product operations, including content updates, feature coordination, and basic platform management
  • Assist with digital marketing activities, such as campaign execution, analytics tracking, and channel management
  • Coordinate digital customer onboarding, ensuring smooth processes and user support
  • Monitor digital platforms and escalate issues to relevant teams
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and performance summaries for digital initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations, customer service) to support digital projects
  • Contribute to improving digital workflows, customer experience, and operational efficiency
