About the role Provide a well-rounded educational work experience for a student seeking a career in the Manufacturing Engineering field, with an emphasis on test, automation and process related to Faucets fabrication. The co-op will work under the direction of an assigned mentor within their specific area of placement, thus providing them with a contact for questions related to job responsibilities, personal development, or the company in general. Kohler Co. strives to hire successful co-ops into entry level positions with the goal of building our talent pipeline.

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor's degree program from an accredited university with a major in engineering
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Assembly fixture Design and fabrication
  • Support Core process on Faucets business.
  • Support assembly automation robotic research cell development.
  • Support technology supplier and equipment evaluations.
  • Support digital transformation development
  • Work with cross functional team to refine group standards.
  • Present accomplishments at Kohler Co. leadership networking event.
  • All other areas as assigned.
