About The Position

As an Engineering Intern at Koch Inc., you will have the opportunity to support innovation, process efficiency, equipment reliability, and quality assurance in a manufacturing facility. This internship program, running for 12 weeks from late May to mid-August 2025, is designed to provide real-world experience and insights into the engineering field while working alongside experienced professionals. Interns will engage in various projects, participate in case studies, and contribute to the Innovation Challenge, all while learning about Koch's unique Principle-Based Management culture.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree or alternative program (e.g., technical college, certificate program).
  • Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2027.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in engineering disciplines such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Project Management.
  • Previous internship or project experience in engineering.
