About The Position

A fun-loving downtown-NYC-based family is seeking an energetic live-in weekend nanny to join their home. The role is Friday evening after bedtime until Sunday evening after bedtime. You will be responsible for a 2.5-year-old little girl. The family is looking for someone who loves to play and have fun!

Requirements

• Ability to engage child in fun, creative activities that support her development
• A patient, loving, and nurturing demeanor
• Invested and genuine interest in having fun with children!
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Playful and loving
• Ability to live-in on weekends
• MUST BE ABLE TO ACTUALLY WORK WEEKENDS
• Legal to work in the US
• Able to work in conjunction with parents
• Reliable with excellent references

Responsibilities

• Working as a team with parents in all aspects of childcare
• Support with schedules, play-dates, and routines
• Creating a fun and engaging environment for the child
• Keeping the child's belongings organized and tidy
• Run errands and assist with laundry from time to time
