About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a proactive individual to acquire new affluent consumer and small business customers, while also deepening existing relationships through outreach and pre-planned appointments. The role involves reviewing and analyzing moderately complex to complex customer concerns for possible resolution, advising customers on various financial options and services, and maintaining a deep knowledge of Wells Fargo’s banking, credit, and investment solutions. The successful candidate will identify client needs and goals, partner with peers in various banking services, and manage risks by adhering to policies and regulations. This position requires independent judgment in managing client relationships and may involve obtaining additional licenses.
