L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Knowledge Specialist to join their Solutions Team, which is one of the four key pillars of the firm, alongside Data & Analytics, Market Insights, and the Information & Research Center. The Knowledge Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's ability to deliver exceptional results for clients by focusing on Knowledge Management (KM). This position is essential for capturing and disseminating the collective expertise of the consulting staff, ensuring that valuable insights and frameworks are readily available for consulting teams to leverage in their casework. The Knowledge Specialist will work closely with the KM team, sector heads, and strategy personnel to package, develop, and deliver intellectual property (IP) content that directly impacts the firm's sales, marketing, and delivery capabilities. This role involves coordinating with various teams to identify sector knowledge priorities, capturing key information from case team efforts, and providing high-touch support to case teams by guiding them to curated best-in-class content. The Specialist will also be responsible for researching relevant knowledge resources to address business questions posed by case teams and ensuring that the most recent tools, templates, insights, and knowledge assets are represented on the firm's intranet. In addition, the Knowledge Specialist will harness AI capabilities to extract greater insights from the firm's knowledge assets, consult with case teams on best practices, and help develop materials on key topics to support client development and marketing efforts. The role requires promoting KM tools and resources, tracking data and metrics around IP development, and creating content that aligns with L.E.K.'s standards. This position is ideal for someone who is a strategic thinker, self-starting, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration.
