ATS is seeking a qualified Knowledge Manager to support the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex (MTC) Contract with Simulation/Stimulation training support. The KM organizes, implements, and maintains JBSA MTC-wide Information Management systems, (e.g., Office/Army365 to include SharePoint Online, Outlook, Excel, organizational one drives such as OneNote, MS Teams, etc.), and JBSA MTC websites. Additionally, the KM shall be responsible for scheduling and event coordination (internal to JBSA MTC staff and with JBSA MTC customers), calendar management, utilization reporting, assist with KM SOP development, and provide KM Training as required.

  • Organize, implement, and maintain JBSA MTC-wide Information Management systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate events for JBSA MTC staff and customers.
  • Manage calendars and utilization reporting.
  • Assist with KM SOP development.
  • Provide KM Training as required.
  • Track and approve training requests and follow up with customers.
  • Manage content on the MTC Share Point portal and social media.
  • Support media production capabilities for training and exercises.
  • Completed a BS or BA degree, subject immaterial.
  • Minimum three years of information management experience.
  • Experience and expertise with MS suite of tools (Office 365) such as TEAMS, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Access.
  • Experience with MS Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Meet DoD 8570.01-M, DoD 8140.03 Baseline Computing Environment (CE) Certification Requirements at Information Assurance Technician Level I (IAT II).
  • US Citizenship.
  • Possess a SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Management.
  • Practical experience and expertise in SP development.
  • Experience and expertise in SP13, SP16 and SP Online, SP PowerApps, SP Flow, and all SP 'out of the box' developer applications.
  • Experience and expertise using JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SML, IQuery, SQL, Server, and Web Services.
  • Minimum five years of experience with military training and training support operations.
  • Graduate of the Army Knowledge Management Qualification Course (KMQC).
  • Possess a TOP SECRET clearance.
