Praescient Analytics is actively seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager, to support a contract with the Narcotics and Transnational Crime Support Center (NTC). The NTC is a Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Counternarcotics and Stabilization Policy (DASD CNSP) established and funded operational support activity consisting of DoD civilians, contractors and military service members responsible for providing tailored intelligence and operations support to Law Enforcement (LE) and Inter-Agency (IA) partners conducting complex, multifaceted operations and investigations. The NTC leverages authorities, resources, and capabilities of participating DoD and LE organizations to facilitate identification, targeting, disruption, and degrading of sensitive high-value TOC networks threatening US and global security interests.

  • Assist with aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations to enhance analytics production and efficiency.
  • Utilize centralized and peripheral database/content management/records management systems and workflow/processes to compile reports on performance/usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities.
  • Develop approaches to problems for which data is incomplete, controversial, or for which no precedent exists.
  • Assist efforts to identify and document analytic standards, best practices and methodologies used by NTC.
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of specific knowledge management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence, information systems, knowledge management, data science, or a related field from an accredited institution or 17 years total relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting DoD, law enforcement, or intelligence community (IC) operations, with strong understanding of information sharing requirements, security policies, and analytic production workflows.
  • Knowledge Management Professional Certification (CKM) or DoD KM training preferred.
