The Knowledge Manager enables effective information sharing and collaboration across analysts, teams, and organizations. By aligning processes, technology, and workflow, this role ensures that intelligence products, data, and knowledge resources are efficiently organized, discoverable, and accessible. The Knowledge Manager supports analytic production through the use of centralized and distributed databases, content management and records management systems, and collaboration platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of directly related knowledge management or analytic experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that enhance information sharing and analytic production.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams through structured data repositories, portals, and collaborative platforms.
• Maintain situational awareness tools and support content management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Compile and analyze performance and usage metrics to evaluate current KM capabilities and identify future requirements.
• Ensure data is properly indexed, discoverable, and accessible to stakeholders across networks and portals.
• Disseminate intelligence products securely and effectively across multiple systems and platforms.
