Knowledge Management Policy Analyst The Opportunity : As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. This role will analyze Department of War and Department of the Navy Knowledge Management (KM) policies and research best practices to produce a comprehensive KM policy and assessment program. You’ll gather and process assessment results and available data for analysis and monitor implementation across the force. You’ll create dashboards, charts, and status reports to inform leadership of program health and progress. Join us. The world can’t wait.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a U.S. Navy Officer
Experience with the shaping and coordination of Navy doctrine, concepts of operations, or concepts of employment
Experience working in a KM billet
Experience c ond ucting research and analysis
Ability to produce senior executive-level written products and technical analysis
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience serving on a TYCOM staff
Knowledge of the Operational Level of War and Distributed Maritime Operations
Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines
Master’s degree
