The Knowledge Management Lawyer (“KM Lawyer”) will develop, implement and maintain the knowledge management strategy for the Firm’s transactional practice groups (the “Groups”). The KM Lawyer will work closely with the lawyers and Practice Management professionals in the Groups to leverage our collective knowledge. The KM Lawyer will develop and manage the Groups’ collection of forms, precedents and research materials; collaborate on practice technology and innovation projects; organize, design and deliver training; monitor developments in the legal and business environment; work with the Business Development, Information Technology and Enterprise Technology Transformation departments; and perform other duties as required by the Groups.
