DSI Systems Inc., an authorized AT&T partner and the nation’s largest home services distributor, is seeking a Knowledge Content Specialist to create, update, and maintain operational knowledge content that supports Field Operations and related teams. This role focuses on translating operational processes into clear, accurate, and usable knowledge base articles, job aids, and reference materials while ensuring documentation remains current and aligned with established standards. Working under the direction of the Operations Knowledge Manager, the Knowledge Content Specialist partners with subject matter experts to validate content, identify gaps, and recommend improvements. Success in this role requires strong writing and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple content updates while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and usability across the organization.
