About The Position

The Knowledge Center Representative provides administrative customer service assistance to claimants, providers, and other interested parties by receiving and answering telephonic inquiries. Utilizing proprietary systems and training knowledge, this role delivers high quality inbound and outbound customer service with a focus on accuracy, professionalism, and first call resolution. This is a remote role.

Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communication with active listening skills
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using proprietary systems
  • Strong customer focus with ability to de-escalate routine issues
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience

Responsibilities

  • Delivers friendly, efficient customer service in a high-volume environment
  • Accurately captures and enters data into CareMC and other internal systems
  • Demonstrates active listening and communicates clearly to confirm understanding
  • Promotes future use of self-help tools when applicable
  • Maintains consistent attendance and meets quality and productivity standards
  • Additional duties as assigned
