Quality Assurance is performed after completion of the process or activity in scope. Quality Assurance must be completed by an independent group reviewing and evaluating a sample population. Quality Assurance results can be valuable to identify controls gaps that require remediation. As a Business Analysis Manager- Quality Assurance in Know Your Customer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing our KYC-Quality Assurance initiatives, reporting and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You will operate in a matrixed environment supporting multiple executives. Our Quality Assurance operation includes a periodic detective control activity that provides direct insights into the firm activities' adherence to regulatory (or other external) requirements, internal policies and procedures, as well as the performance of associated controls.
