How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. Complete appropriate data entry/PLC machine set up. Maintain 701 or 704. Washer chemical concentration. Conduct aseptic cheese sampling. Operate natamycin bath and maintain concentration. Operate punch machine and metal detector. Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals. Monitor and complete punch machine needle checks. Stack aging baskets. Requires regular attendance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Proficient in use of the computer.
• Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
• Follow good sanitation and housekeeping practices.
• Compliance with food safety policies.
• Follow GMPs and SOPs.
