In this context we are looking for Warehouse Operator's, open to 1st or 2nd shift, to join our team in Dulles, VA. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM: You will engage in kitting operation using company guidelines, technical data and following the quality system ensuring compliance with Airbus Canada and applicable regulatory requirements. You will ensure individual parts documentation is accurate and bill of material received matched the manufacturer’s technical data. You will participate in the registration and understanding of appropriate technical data following agreement with the Kitting Operations Supervisor. You will participates in annual recurrent training specific to duties and other training as recommended by the Quality department and/or management. ABOUT YOU: Equipped with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and paired with professional experience ideally as a Warehouse Operator, we are looking for a team player with the following experience, skills and mindset:

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• 3 years prior production experience
• Ability to function and adapt in a fast-paced environment with flexibility
• Ability to understand and comply with Company Management System (CMS)
• Authorized to Work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturer training certification preferred
• professional experience ideally as a Warehouse Operator
