Kitchen Worker
About The Position
The Kitchen Worker is responsible for all operations for their specific area. Preparing tableware for washing, collecting all soiled pots, washing and re-stacking cleaned pots on shelves; removing garbage and refuse for recycling and mopping and sweeping floors; properly maintaining and distributing company assets; setting up dishwashing machine; and stacking and storing clean dishes in proper kitchen areas, adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Monitor and ensure quality and efficiency of service at assigned areas(s) of the property. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. Salary Starting Rate: $16.00 Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education. Each position has varying minimum qualifications. In the absence of fully qualified candidates, some requirements may be waived.
