About The Position

As a Kitchen Worker, you'll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish area while supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements

• One (1) year of prior relevant Kitchen experience in similar environment is preferred
• Willing and able to work overnight shift: 10:00pm-6:45am, 3 days/24hr-30hrs per week including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Break down, load, unload, and sort dishes, glassware, and flatware received in the dish area.
• Wash and store pots and other kitchen equipment, ensuring they are placed in the correct locations.
• Operate the dishwashing machine, monitoring and adjusting detergent and chemical output as needed.
• Inspect clean dishes after washing, stacking them properly in specified carts and shelves.
• Polish silver, copper, and brass as needed.
• Transport equipment, such as hot and cold boxes, and deliver to various outlets.
• Sweep, mop floors, and wash floor mats, along with cleaning baseboards, floor drains, hand sinks, and cutting boards.
• Separate and remove trash, placing it in designated containers, and steam clean garbage cans.
