SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Culinary Supervisor, the kitchen utility worker is responsible for preparing desserts, providing meal condiments, snacks, and serving meals to clients, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of service areas and service equipment. Worker is responsible for washing all dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, sweeping and mopping floors, maintaining the cleanliness of all equipment, and ensuring all deliveries are stored properly following first in first out procedures.
