Requirements

  • Previous food service experience is helpful but not required —we’ll train you!
  • Ability to stay on your feet, keep up in a fast-paced environment, and lift when needed.
  • Dependability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to pitch in.
  • Commitment to following safety and sanitation standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (but no late nights).

Responsibilities

  • Keep our kitchen humming by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils with care.
  • Support the dining team with setup, food prep, and plating when needed.
  • Keep work areas safe and clean through sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing.
  • Step in wherever needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!
  • Interact with residents and teammates in a positive, friendly way.
