The Kitchen Utility / Porter is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and operational flow across Dock 17, the Bowling Lounge, and Varsity Pins lanes during high-volume weekend service. This role supports both front-of-house and back-of-house operations by running a continuous cleanliness circuit, managing the dish pit, and ensuring guests experience a clean, well- maintained environment at all times.
