About The Position

Eurest is hiring immediately for full time KITCHEN UTILITY LEAD positions at Samsung located at 12100 Samsung Boulevard, Austin, TX 78754. This position involves assisting shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day functions of the department, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring that all schedules are assigned and completed daily. The role requires a commitment to outstanding customer service and professionalism in interactions with team members and customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a high-volume kitchen production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist shift supervisors and department directors in the day-to-day function of the department.
• Maintain high level of quality in all aspects of the department duties.
• Train, support, supervise, and interact with department team members.
• Ensure that all schedules are assigned and completed daily.
• Set a positive example for the department through professional interactions.
• Deliver quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules as needed during times of short staffing.
• Conduct quality assurance surveys and monitor team member performance.
• Report any equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Interact with patients/customers in an appropriate manner.
