We're seeking talented and passionate kitchen team members to join our Fenway location. Roles include Line Cooks, Preparation and Dishwashers.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food Handler's Certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Execute menu items consistently while maintaining high quality standards
  • Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Maintain clean and organized work stations
  • Collaborate effectively with front-of-house staff
  • Assist with prep work and kitchen operations
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak service periods
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
