Requirements

• Previous kitchen experience preferred (We train!)
• Knowledge of all aspects in the restaurant industry
• Ability to quickly make and execute decisions regarding food quality and quantity needed
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to clearly communicate operational concerns with Management and co-workers
• Ability to follow direction from Management
• Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time
• Requires a high-level of concentration and attention to detail for extended periods of time
