Some training will be completed prior to opening.

Requirements

Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Must be able to speak Spanish
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to lift items of at least 10lbs
Must be able to work in a hot and tight environment
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be able to work in a very fast paced environment for multiple hours in a row
Willingness to learn various positions and move around throughout the shift

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
Protect the interest of the operator
