Now Hiring for Night & Overnight Shifts 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Night) 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight) Are you passionate about food and ready to take the next step in your culinary journey? Dash In, part of the Wills Group family of brands, is bringing an exciting, chef-inspired food concept to life in a fast-paced, 24/7 retail environment—and we’re looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team. Your Role: Kitchen Team Member / Prep Cook As a key member of our kitchen team, you’ll help bring our food offerings to life. In this role, you will:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
  • At least 1 year of food service experience (line cook or prep cook preferred)
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe certification or similar food safety credentials
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards to ensure every dish meets our high expectations
  • Maintain proper prep levels so ingredients are always fresh and ready
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Receive and store deliveries accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming kitchen environment
  • Engage with guests while preparing food, creating a personalized experience
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment, including fryers, slicers, and more
