About The Position

We are hiring full-time and part-time team members to work in our kitchen! We are looking for applicants who are consistent and reliable, have a cheerful and positive attitude, value teamwork, and love serving and helping others. Our goal is to produce remarkable food for our guests by preparing and cooking food to our Chick-fil-A standards. Our restaurant prides itself on providing opportunities for people to grow and learn, all while being a part of an awesome team. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with highly motivated and driven leaders who are invested in your success. Prior experience is not necessary but preferred. Starting Pay: Raises every 6 months! Part-time: $12.41-$14.41/hour Full-time: $17.41/hour

Requirements

Must be 16 years or older to apply

Responsibilities

Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Keep up-to-date with new products
Follow all food safety procedures
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
