About The Position

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a Kitchen Team Member who shares a passion for food quality, customer service, and community. This role involves working with a dynamic team to prepare a unique menu, including scratch-baked bread and pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches, all made with honest, whole ingredients.

Requirements

• A "can do" attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards
• Flexible schedule standards (shifts vary from week to week depending on customer traffic and time of year)
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Must have morning/daytime availability

Responsibilities

• Work quickly and confidently to prepare meal items accurately per specification
• Learn from mistakes and look for opportunities to step in and help other departments even before being asked
