About The Position

Join our Kitchen Team at Dash In at our store in Ellicott City, MD! Dash In, a proud member of the Wills Group family of brands, is launching a new, chef-inspired food concept that's set to redefine deliciousness in a 24/7 retail environment. We’re on the lookout for talented Kitchen Team Members to join our Back of House (BOH) team and create extraordinary food experiences for our guests. As a Kitchen Team Member/Prep Cook, you’ll be the culinary genius behind the scenes, crafting mouthwatering meals that leave our guests smiling.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (or willingness to complete our company-paid GED program)
1 year of food service experience, with a preference for line cook or prep cook roles
Ability to work various shifts, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 18 years of age or older
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Certifications: Active ServSafe certification or similar qualifications
Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS software
Skills: Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to speak and understand Korean is preferred

Maintain our kitchen’s sparkling appearance, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
Engage with our guests while preparing food, providing a personalized experience that keeps them coming back.
Operate kitchen equipment like a seasoned pro, from deep fryers to slicers.
