Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead our back-of-house operations with excellence, efficiency, and care. In this role, you will supervise kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring that food is prepared safely, accurately, and efficiently-all while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, teamwork, and professionalism. Chick-fil-A experience is strongly preferred and is a major advantage for success in this role.
