Requirements

ServSafe Certified (required)
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A growth mindset, servant leadership style, and a passion for excellence
Must be 18 years of age or older (required)

Nice To Haves

Experience in Chick-fil-A or similar kitchen operations (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing kitchen team in delivering safe, fresh, and cravable food
Ensure ServSafe-level food safety standards are practiced at all times
Manage systems, checklists, and workflows for efficiency and consistency
Train, coach, and develop team members for continued growth
Maintain a clean, organized, and positive kitchen culture
