About The Position
General Statement of Duties: Perform a variety of routine food service duties.
Requirements
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen with commercial equipment.
- Must be 18 years of age and a high school graduate, or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and assembling ingredients from pre-planned menu using various kitchen gadgets and cooking methods - stovetop, grilltop, baking.
- Provide meals to the residents, staff and visitors to campus.
- Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.
- Wash, clean and care for kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Maintain and direct orderly and sanitary conditions of freezers, refrigerators, storerooms, and kitchen.
- Receive new stock and store in appropriate areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
