Responsibilities ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all of the food is restocked, maintained at required temperatures and is distributed according to set portion controls at all times. Responsible for the cleanliness of the food line and must always ensure that all areas are kept up to corporate standards. Ordering and receiving of kitchen materials Proper food rotation and the supervision of the F&B staff. Must be able to work under pressure, make split second decisions, ensure freshness and quality of product and be consistent. All other duties as assigned.
